   Manage the team that supports and manages COGS and RD budgets for multiple solutions within Adobe\'s Digital Experience business unit. Oversee large expense budgets, including CapEx planning, and headcount management. Strong focus on business partnering and assisting in making decisions that lead to improvements and efficiencies. Business partner to SVP and multiple VPs and support my team as they business partner with the VPs and levels under them. Actively engage with and guide my team as they execute yearly and quarterly planning, as well as outlook updates. Facilitate quarterly business reviews to provide business updates, insight, and actions. Guide my team as needed to build extensive COGS cost models to understand impacts of possible business decisions. Encourage my team to work cross-functionally, think outside the box, and to dig in to learning the business outside of just the numbers. From a young age I’ve had a passion for empowering others and helping them learn and grow. It is so remarkable to see what people can accomplish when you tell them what you need and allow them to surprise you with how they accomplish it. Everyone I work with is constantly inspiring me with new ideas, new things they’re learning, and different perspectives. I’m excited to manage this team and I hope that during our time together I can be the manager they need in order to grow their knowledge, skills, experience, and careers.
