ABOUT HEATHER JEFFERS
My passion is in Quality Assurance, patient safety, staff retention, employee relations, customer service, and marketing. I am a committed & highly motivated Administrator with over 20 years experience in skilled nursing, and 5 years experience in the hospital setting. I have a clinical background and experience who has proven results in many areas, including (but not limited to): Improved survey outcomes and Medicare star rating, reduction in staff turnover, improved financial outcomes, improved customer satisfaction, facility reputation & provider relationships, and improvement if overall quality measures. My background is in Social Work. I have a Masters Degree and Certificate in Geriatric Mental Health from University of Washington. I started my career in healthcare working as a staff social worker in hospitals in Seattle (Children\'s, UWMC, and Swedish Medical Center) before entering the Long Term Care industry. After 10 years as Social Services Director, I decided to pursue administration.
