   The challenges of the design industry and all that the furniture side entails is very intriguing to me. I don\'t just sell furniture, I listen to my clients needs and challenges. I learn about their culture and how it affects their workplace, surroundings and productivity. From there we bring it all together and come up with a successful solution for their organization. There is a lot of relationship skills and customer service that go into what we do here at encompas. Which is yet another reason I love what I do, and more importantly have fun doing it! In a nutshell, I wear many hats these days: designer, project manager, business developer, project lead, mentor, mother of a rambunctious toddler, wife, daughter, volunteer, and the ultimate multi-tasker.and I wouldn\'t change a thing! keep calm and encompas on!
