In my role at SPM as the Policy & Curriculum Coordinator, my focus was to work with Departmental Directors as the Subject Matter Experts to update and implement policies. Additionally, I worked with a team of Regional Property Managers, Property Managers and support staff from across the organization to assess needs, produce policy and provide training resources as well as chair the effort of developing and implementing all processes, workflows, policies and procedures. As SPM continued to acquire new business, I was tasked with the role of Transaction Manager assisting each division and RPM during property transition as well as organizing the Due Diligence process of all new acquisitions.
