I am characterized as a consistent individual and corporate change agent with excellent abilities to conduct workforce-related investigations and provide consultation on cases of employee-related issues such as: performance management, conduct/behavior, disciplinary issues, and other investigations as assigned while ensuring compliance and consistency in the execution of Employee Relations cases. I develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization and interact with other HR Business Partners, and other HR functions, to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction & engagement, ensure that the Company operates within current and local employment law to maintain reputation as a good employer. My leadership style is one of patience and understanding. I am collaborative and approachable. I listen, give concise instructions and provide feedback as appropriate.
