Heather Hiltebeitel is a Senior Vice President and Business Market Manger of the Philadelphia Market in Santander Bank,which includes providing support and leadership to 15 Small Business Relationship Managers.Previously, Heather was the Region Coach at Santander providing support through influence to 10 Districts Managers in the Philadelphia Market. Heather also held this role in her prior organization. In Citizens Bank she spent over 5 years as a Traditional Regional Manager consistently ranked in the 10% in all of Citizens Financial Group, while managing fourteen traditional branches in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. She was responsible for 108 colleagues and a deposit base of over 1.2 billion dollars. Prior to this assignment, she ranked as the#1 Regional Manager in all of CFG in 2010 at which time she led thirteen In Store branches in the Bucks County/Philadelphia Region with 84 colleagues and a deposit base of $375 million. Heather is an outstanding leader whose consistency and creativity serve as the foundation of her success. She is relentless in the pursuit of sales excellence, leading by personal example, clearly setting continuous expectations, and holding colleagues accountable with a fine-tuned consistency. She commendably earns the loyalty of her team through her advocacy and dedication. Heather resides in Sewell, New Jersey. She has three adult daughters that have moved on to their own successful careers. She has a passion for her family. Her family is what stokes her to achieve her best in all aspects, she is their role model. She enjoys exercising including running, and has completed 2 half marathons and the Broad Street run. She is an active member of Gloucester County Community Church and volunteers for the annual Relay for Life Cancer Walk, Miles for Melissa Walk and Junior Achievement.
