ABOUT HEATHER HEDRICK

As a Compensation Analyst at Franciscan Health, I have personnel management skills to design, evaluate, and administer compensation programs for over employees. I work with the HR team to ensure fair and competitive pay practices, conduct market research and analysis, and provide recommendations and reports to leadership. I also support the recruitment and retention of talent, and contribute to the mission and values of Franciscan Health as a leading Catholic health care system. Prior to this role, I was a Compensation Admin Specialist, Recruiter and HR Generalist at Franciscan Health, where I gained valuable experience in human resources, FMLA, and employee relations. I have over sixteen years of work experience in the HR field, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Purdue University. I am passionate about helping people and organizations achieve their goals, and I value integrity, excellence, and compassion in my work.
