About Heather Havens
Currently I am an HR/Recruiting Specialist at MIELKE Mechanical. I enjoy working for such a solid mechanical company and am excited to grow my career in Human Resources.Previously, I was a Skilled Trade Recruiter with Superior Skilled Trades. My knowledge was always expanding in the industry and I worked with a stellar team. I held a Recruiter position at GRUS Construction Personnel. Construction is near and dear to my heart and I have enjoyed working with tradesmen to help them succeed! I was also a Hazmat Logistics Coordinator at Integrity Express Logistics (IEL), which gave me sales, communication, and logistics experience. I met many amazing colleagues and am very thankful.To start my career post-Bachelor’s degree, had 5 years in various roles in aviation training with FlightSafety International, from starting as a temp at the front desk in 2017 to ending with being a Scheduling Specialist on the Citation Latitude at the Tampa location in 2022. My Bachelor\'s is in Psychology (2016) and am always excited to expand on my professional skills!
