I have been working with companies in the financial services industry for over 15 years, focusing on the (re)insurance industry and investment management. I have worked with companies completing mergers and acquisitions, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, PCAOB, FINRA, accounting and system implementations, SPACs and other challenges under multiple GAAP frameworks, IFRS, and statutory accounting principles. In the most recent months I have exercised my passion and commitment for helping companies demystify the unfolding regulatory landscapes and requirements as it relates to Environmental, Social, and Governance (\"ESG\") frameworks, while championing the transformational and innovation mindset in the arenas of process change and artificial intelligence.
