As a CDO Solution Architect at AT & T, I leverage my 6+ years of experience in evaluating and implementing Gen AI use cases for solution architecture requirements. I work closely with other engineers and architects to build the Gen AI capabilities roadmap, assist the engagement team with use case evaluation, and collaborate with all teams to create the Gen AI Onboarding process to Development. I also engage with internal clients and business units to explain the capabilities and roadmap for AT & T\'s incorporation of ChatGPT (aka. Gen AI) and other LLMs.In addition to my current role, I have extensive experience as an IT Program Director and Manager at AT & T, where I led cloud transformation programs for Data Sciences & Analytics team, enabling critical business functions like Fraud, Workforce Analytics, and other cross-functional analytics. I provided key performance and financial reports to VP of Data Sciences & Analytics and SVP of Chief Data Office. I also managed several high-visibility programs and projects to on-time delivery with high-quality results by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, resolving escalated issues, and handling defect management. I hold an MBA in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Technological University and a BBA in Marketing/Transportation Logistics from The University of Memphis. I am also a Certified SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master and a holder of the Generative AI with Large Language Models certification from Coursera.
