Furthermore, in my previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper with Marriott, I led a team that won the prestigious award for highest cleanliness and upkeep for the Americas, highlighting my commitment to excellence within the hospitality division. Beyond my professional achievements, I actively engage in various networks, such as Dexterra\'s women in leadership network and DIRECT network (Dexterra Indigenous Resources Employee Culture Team). Through my involvement in their subcommittees, I contribute to fostering inclusive and supportive workplaces. Additionally, I have volunteered as a girl guide leader and girls basketball coach, empowering young women and strengthening the next generation.
