Insurance touches almost every aspect of business and litigation. I work closely with in-house counsel and risk managers to navigate the recovery of insurance dollars either through litigation or negotiation with the insurer. Clients appreciate my responsiveness, clear communication, and desire to investigate thoroughly all available insurance coverage. I represent corporations (public and private) and non-profit organizations in a variety of industries, including, entertainment, restaurant, and medical treatment and service, in insurance recovery matters. Most cases present similar issues, allowing me to draw from my extensive experience in this area to effectively and efficiently resolve new matters. Outside the office, I enjoy tennis, yoga, and dining at LA\'s newest restaurants.
