Execute a compensation strategy aligned with the organization’s strategic plan, one that motivates performance, and supports the attraction, engagement, and retention of high performing talent. • Design and implement company aligned and locally relevant compensation programs in collaboration with field management and Human Resources department while developing compensation procedures, guidelines, and documentation for related compensation practices • Monitor local market trend information to ensure compensation programs are competitive and responsive to support the needs of the business unit and advise on compensation practices within pay markets, evaluate current practices, and update programs such as CPL in those markets based on market data • Perform market analysis on new positions and requests based on changes in the position or the market to determine competitive position of the organization’s pay programs. • Assists in design, maintenance, and communication of executive compensation programs to include annual compensation summary, long-term incentive plan and the deferred compensation plan • Coordinate annual compensation benchmarking across the organization and update compensation structures accordingly • Gather compensation market data from internal sources on competitor pay practices in the field to supplement other data sources • Contribute organizational data to a variety of compensation market surveys and incorporate results into market analysis• Lead the annual wage review administration by coordinating the distribution and compilation of approved wage changes, including salary structure creation, maintenance and development of salary increase budgets. • Coordinate the administration of the annual performance incentive by communicating with field management and the HR/Payroll teams. • Coordinate with outside vendors on compensation projects such as Executive Compensation studies
