I helped lobby members of congress for HR 2920 by conducting weekly class to various house committees and house and senate staff. Helped to successfully pass HR 2930 in the House Judiciary Committee. I also helped to oversee coordination of groups and local, state and national public policy campaigns. I supported our members by coordinating educational programs and work to maintain relationships. I oversaw the development and implantation of public relations strategies to support initiatives. I planned the largest lobby day event to date with 100+ attendees. I helped to hire and manage contract lobbyists, public opinion reseals firms, public relations firms. I successfully implemented a nationwide survey for the bill. I represented American Families United through media events, blogs, and meetings with congressional staff
