ABOUT HEATHER FRANCINE

I am a Vice President with Sperry Commercial in Irvine, CA and part of the Investors Advisory Group Team along with my business partner of 15 years. I am passionate about developing and maintaining strong, investor relationships as well as representing the business owner. My background includes managing a nationally recognized retail store which saw a steady revenue increase each year. My retail background has provided me with a unique perspective to the business owner. I have also earned several designations in my field and continue to seek out opportunities to develop and educate myself for the benefit of my clients and my career. Personally, I have been investing in real estate for several years and was the managing director for an LLC that had purchased numerous properties and broadened its investment portfolio. For several years, I was on the development team at Integrity Real Estate and Investment Group, charged with the responsibility of strengthening client relationships and networking. Both of those areas have contributed to the exceptional reputation that Award Commercial experienced in the brokerage community I live in Orange with my husband and we have 2 growing adult children-one proudly serving our country in the US Navy and the other in college studying to be a teacher. I have been actively involved in my church and community, most recently serving as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Placentia prior to moving back to Orange.
