Administratively supervise, facilitate, and coordinate all program activities in connection to LA County DMH contract• Coordinate the development of annual goals and objectives for Wraparound and Mental Health program services• Ensure that program activities reflect the philosophical, qualitative, and quantitative intent of applicable funding sources• Conduct regular assessment of the effectiveness of Mental Health services planning and implementation• Screen, interview, and hire new staff; payroll processing, and performance management• Plan and coordinate training, educational and professional development activities for staff; conduct job performance evaluation process• Ensure mental health services are in compliance with all applicable legal, contractual, regulatory and Project IMPACT procedural requirements; work with Finance on annual budget for all activities associated with program operations• Represent Project IMPACT in advisory, educational, collaborative and networking bodies• Review and prepare all mental health services reports to LA County Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS), Department of Mental Health (DMH), Clinical Director, and executive management as required• Attend QIC and Provider meetings and any other meetings as informed by county or community partners or human services• Participate and provide data/input regarding quality improvement initiatives, responsible for ensuring objectives are monitored and met within respective department• May provide targeted training for staff in Mental Health DMH demonstration and charting requirements
