She guided and operationalized the strategy for the organization\'s grantmaking in support of environmental films and impact campaigns. She also developed the \"Bridging Environmental Values\" initiative to foster bipartisan storytelling on environmental issues. She established strategic partnerships, including collaborations with REI Cooperative Action Fund, Mountain Film, Energy Foundation, and the League of Conservation Voters. As a filmmaker, she worked as Head of Video Production at the Studio of Mark Bradford, where she directed Process Collettivo, a documentary that supported social cooperatives reforming Italy\'s prison system. The Global Campus of Human Rights awarded special recognition to the film and the team\'s social impact work. Her creative producing spans collaborations with PBS, League of Conservation Voters, the US Department of Health, and California Air Resources Board. Previously, as Professor of Film and Television at California State University Los Angeles, she founded Community Impact Media, a first-of-its-kind impact media training program incubated with a $1 million grant from Hauser & Wirth. She curricularized impact-driven media implementation and measurement strategies. She\'s spoken on media\'s essential role in climate response at the United Nations, Clinton Foundation, and National Science Foundation.
