Robbins Research International Trainers are a committed worldwide network of caring individuals dedicated to constant improvement and the transformation of people’s lives. This transformation begins with a commitment to constantly raising their own internal standards and a continual focus on improving the quality of their lives in every area: emotions, health, finances, relationships, leadership, spirituality, contribution and time management. Trainers have the proven ability to manage their state in any circumstance or context and to draw upon their internal resources and engage their personal power to overcome challenges, turn dreams into reality and experience extraordinary fulfillment in the process. While utilizing Robbins’ Human Needs Psychology and Neuro- Associative Conditioning techniques, they possess the skills, tools, and resources to create lasting change in others in a short period of time. Trainers are committed to putting themselves on the line to lead by example, character, commitment, and contribution—leaders who inspire others because of who they are. Even in their worst possible moments, Trainers show up as their best: as leaders who maximize their capacity to connect, care, hold a vision, and help others discover their true identity; who tell the truth compassionately and in a way that compels others to do what they already know inside they are capable of doing. In addition to being graduates of Robbins’ Leadership Academy and Mastery University program, trainers have received over 250 hours of specialized training by Robbins and other top trainers. They have also donated their time, resources, and skills as leaders at Robbins events as well as in their communities worldwide.
