As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Signet Jewelers, I lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of executive level candidates, while increasing inclusion and diversity within the organization. I have multiple years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, with a certification in executive coaching from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.My specialties include talent management, employee relations, collaboration, vendor management, project management, change management, and project execution. I partner with business leaders to align talent with business objectives, build solid relationships, and deliver results. I also oversee the executive onboarding and promotional readiness programs, and contribute to the executive leadership development initiatives.
