About Heather Epperson

For most of my adult life, I believed real estate investing was out of reach. I\'m not sure why, but I imagine somewhere along the way someone told me I couldn\'t do THAT. And I believed it. Then, not too long ago, my brother insisted I read \"Rich Dad, Poor Dad.\" I devoured it in about six hours, and BOOM…total mindset shift! Following that, I read \"Financial Freedom with Real Estate Investing,\" and I was a changed woman. Seeing others succeed convinced me that I could too. With newfound confidence, I decided to dive into real estate investing. But not just any real estate…multifamily real estate. Using my W-2 income as a Health Physics Technician at an operating nuclear power station, I\'ve built a small, but mighty, multifamily portfolio. This includes my private residence with a rentable MIL suite (Hello House Hack!) and a well-positioned triplex. Throughout this incredible journey, I\'ve discovered a passion for helping others and encouraging them to join me in this adventure. I encourage you to do the same.
