I love the things they say can’t be done!When I started my career as a sales assistant for institutional sales for Wells Fargo & Co. I never dreamed I would land in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) as a senior strategy leader, risk management expert, program manager, capability owner with a strong reputation for getting things done. My need to always improve the way people, processes and tools perform has led me to where I am today…My passion is building teams and capabilities from the ground up and guiding them through to an operationalized maturity level before moving on to the next challenge. I am obsessed with creating and delivering on the needs of our customers and business objectives. So much so that I have spent the last 20 years honing my skills in strategic thought leadership, vendor sourcing and procurements, contract negotiations, product implementation and delivery. I focus on keeping my IAM skills sharp by staying connected to industry trends, regulatory changes, and vigilant relationship management with the top performers in IAM products and services. IAM product and capability success is dependent on balancing customer needs with sound awareness to what is happening in cybersecurity landscape.
