In my role as Director at Consult HD Ltd in Solihull, UK, I supported various clients in the construction, physical asset-management, and utility sectors. Working in collaboration with Aqua consultants, I have supported Welsh Water, South West Water, and Cadent Gas with regulatory submissions for price reviews in the water and gas industries (PR24, Water Resource Management Plans, RIIO-2 and RIIO-3). Additionally, I have supported several business improvement and change programmes- Business improvement consultant: Supported Balfour Beatty Vinci on the High Speed 2 rail program to improve their monthly reporting cycles, driving efficiency and enhancing project outcomes- Project change manager at Severn Trent with their Developer Services team: Managing the insourcing and upskilling of the both the planning & scheduling team and field workforce to directly deliver its new water connection activity- Work force management consultant at Severn Trent Water; undertook a pilot to identify ways that the planning, scheduling and delivery of all planned and reactive work across its water and wastewater assets could be made more efficient.
