About Heather Daily
Thanks so much for stopping by! I have two passions, and at first glance they seem at odds, but through my work at Therap I am able to marry them together in a way that maximizes my core gifts. My first passion is educating community service providers on the importance of running a Person Centered Organization that is focused on each person supported as well as its team members and stakeholders as individual people with their own unique set of needs, wants, and desired outcomes. There is nothing better in the world than being a part of someone\'s success journey. My second, but no less important, passion is technology, efficiency, data analysis, and quality assurance. I am driven by learning and exploring efficiencies that allow organizations/companies streamline their processes to make the most of the very limited resources at their disposal, which gives providers back some of their most important resource, time. Time to do the work that they justify in the documentation, and that is providing person centered practices. At Therap, I get to work right in the sweet spot where technology meets the mission, and provide community services organizations with the right Therap package to drive person centered outcomes for the people supported.
