About Heather Crist

Heather Crist is the Head of GWM US Events and Field Engagement. In this role, Heather leads our internal and external recognition programs, client events and is responsible for the growth of our Utah/Idaho Private Wealth Management business. She is focused on delivering the best of UBS to our clients in the priority market of Utah and Idaho. Formerly, Heather was the Divisional Director for the Midwest and Chief of Staff, Global Wealth Management (GWM) at UBS. As a GWM Chief of Staff, Heather was responsible for supporting GWM Americas businesses, as well as its businesses outside the US. Heather joined UBS from Wells Fargo Advisors where she spent 28 years working for Wells and its legacy companies in various roles and countries. Most recently, she served as the Market Manager for Wells Fargo Advisors Chicago North Shore market. Heather began her career as a Financial Advisor with Prudential Financial. She later held a number of management positions within the firm including Producing Branch Manager, Regional Administrative Manager of their Asia Pacific Region in Hong Kong and Singapore, and other strategy-focused roles in London. She served as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of their Private Bank based in Geneva, Switzerland. Heather was the CAO of the Latin American private client business and the CAO of Cross-Border Governance within the International Division.Heather holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is also a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, for which she served as Chairman of the Institute’s Board of Trustees from 20••••17 and remains an active Trustee today.Heather is passionate about mentoring students and professionals to encourage their development.
