As Vice President of our Group Protection STD & Absence business, I get to lead an organization that works directly with people during their time of need. Our teams help individuals leverage disability and leave benefits offered by their employer so they can focus on their recovery and get back to work. Our employees are the real deal. Every day, people from diverse backgrounds come together to share perspectives, learn from one another, and deliver on the commitments we make to our customers. It\'s my responsibility to show up for them. I\'m focused on cultivating deep engagement & accountability through commitment & collaboration, while building a team of future leaders who will take our business to the next level.
