I am a Change-State expert, specialising in governance engineering, holistic change and transformation for organisations where the stakes are high, and failure is not an option.My work is rooted in science and practice. I help leaders and organisations decode complexity in the present so they can deliver successfully, build resilience, and avoid the slow, preventable failures that often follow unmanaged cross organisational change.Over 20+ years, I’ve worked across Fortune 500s, FTSE 250s, governments, start-ups, and non-profits, and have held senior leadership roles, including Chief of Staff at WTW, and Strategic Projects & Innovation Head at WTW. I understand change not only as a discipline, but as something leaders must carry, deliver, and be accountable for.I am the founder of AnthrOrg, a consultancy focused on organisational culture, risk, and strategic delivery during periods of significant change. Through AnthrOrg, I work at board and executive level to assess organisational state, surface hidden risks, and design credible pathways for success when conditions are uncertain or under pressure.As a leadership specialist, I write extensively on the trials and tribulations of leadership. I am the bestselling author of Deciphering Leadership, and I write on my own Substack, and publish the Decoded Leadership playbook newsletter.
