As CEO at RASAC my role covers a wide range of responsibilities, all aimed at ensuring RASAC operates effectively and delivers high-quality specialist services for those who have experienced rape, sexual and domestic abuse in our local area. This includes managing finances for sustainability, developing strategic plans, project management and encouraging organisational development. I supervise managers and staff, troubleshoot day to day issues, and make operational decisions. Collaborating closely with the CEO and trustees, I drive strategic initiatives, influence policies benefiting our survivors, and support RASAC\'s overall growth and performance. I pride myself on being a personable individual, with a keen interest in intersectional feminist activism and empowering others.
