I\'m a CEO of a $22m organization that serves children, families and older adults in SF Bay Area. Programs include 9 early learning sites including 4 Early Head Start sites. PFS offers services for older adults designed to prevent loneliness, and increase social connections. We focus on meeting current community needs also offering a suite of asset and credit building financial services, employment services, mental health, transportation and more. I identify and raise awareness and funding for critical community needs such as loneliness, and shortages of early educators. Since becoming CEO the budget has grown by $10m.
