You provide visionary leadership, guiding the organization toward its mission of improving the lives of individuals affected by substance use and mental health challenges.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership and Vision: You develop and communicate the organization\'s long-term vision and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the mission. You lead the implementation of strategic plans that drive growth, improve services, and expand the organization\'s impact.Operational Oversight: You manage the day-to-day operations of The Haven, overseeing all programs and services that address substance use and mental health disorders. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, program development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.Financial Management and Sustainability: You oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the financial health and sustainability of The Haven. You also lead fundraising efforts, securing grants, donations, and sponsorships to support the organization\'s mission and growth.Board Collaboration and Governance: You work closely with the Board of Directors to establish governance policies, provide strategic guidance, and ensure effective organizational oversight.
