Pivoted forecastingprocess in response to COVID disruption, significantly improving accuracy- As a senior leader of the BU, contributed to revenue growth after a drop due to COVID- Strengthened financial controls and processes for the new BU and transformed financial reporting, providing automated data that is more accurate and detailed- Partnered with HR and Business Operations to develop a tool for more sophisticated workforce planning.
