Lead a structured Project Management support function, providing standardised project management best practices & ongoing project support- Providing experience, knowledge and resource capability during contract prequalification and delivery - Coordinate stakeholders through the project life cycle from preparation & commissioning to decommissioning & invoicing- Main focus is providing globally deployable mobile water treatment solutions within Europe- Fleet Technology includes; resin & electro ion exchange, activated carbon, media & ultra filtration (submerged & pressurised), reverse osmosis, pumping, gas removal, chemical dosing, clarification and dewatering- Development of the PM team; adding and enhancing competencies through a technical mentoring and coaching, tracking performance and feedback on development priorities. Development of technical and process training materials- Contribute towards the facility & business Quality & EHS targets as well as ownership of Customer focused KPIs.Additional responsibilities- Coordinate cross functional improvements; LL/REX/NPS. Promote an inclusive & customer focused approach to service & business improvements- Act as go to person for support related to tools such as SAP & Salesforce as well as general business processes & practices- Provide training support for standard practices, new product introductions & general fleet technology- Ownership of the EHS framework element for Emergency Preparedness; managing the site emergency response plan, working with the element team to complete maintenance & functionality testing of emergency equipment. Ensuring there are supporting responders for mental & physical health as well as fire evacuation- Contribute towards the facility & business Quality & EHS targets. Act as the key responsible person & knowledge expert providing management information for Customer focused activities for audits in line with our business ISO certifications.
