About Heather Busch

I love being a female architectural engineer accomplished in electrical engineering, lighting design, cross-functional team management, and overseeing small to large scale building construction projects. Commercial and hospital design are my specialties, education and hospitality are two favorites. The satisfaction of a completed project always inspires the next! My role with clients, whether design engineering, quotations and sales, or project management, is exhilarating. My project involvement includes construction phases from initial concept or proposal, through working drawings, specifications, construction management, field observation, to building or site completion and final occupancy. Today\'s fast paced industry, simultaneous projects, efficiency, and client satisfaction all keep me \'on my toes\'! Lighting design is one of my passions. It’s a science that requires knowledge, expertise, and precise calculation, yet also an art that allows personal creativity and a love of design. On any given day, either aspect can be my favorite. I thrive on the social aspect of business and my communication skills. I\'m overjoyed that partnerships and friendships made almost three decades ago remain today. My interactions and daily work with clients, including developers, building owners, end users, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and more are what make each and every project unique and memorable to me. I hope to continue learning every day as industry trends, technology, environmental sustainability, and today\'s work influence grows and changes.as does my beloved family.
