I’m a healthcare operations executive and board-certified Nurse Executive with a deep commitment to health equity and improving access to care for underserved communities. In my current role as Senior Director of Operations at Cooper Green Mercy Health Services Authority, I lead high-impact teams and initiatives that drive systems-level change across safety-net services.My work includes redesigning fee structures to reduce out-of-pocket costs for uninsured and underinsured patients, improving access to medications, and ensuring care is financially accessible for those living at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. I’ve also negotiated transportation contracts to remove barriers to care—connecting patients with the services and medications they need.With a background in nursing and a Master’s in Healthcare Quality and Safety, I bring both clinical and operational insight to every conversation. Recently recognized with the InspireHer Award, I’m passionate about contributing to organizations that align with my mission: creating equitable, community-centered healthcare systems. I’m currently exploring nonprofit and community-based board opportunities where I can offer strategic guidance, governance experience, and a patient-centered perspective.
