Working on a global HR team, I support all HR administrative functions for our North American employees and provide back-up support to EMEA and APAC- Serve as the North America benefit SME, manage benefit broker relationship, examine benefit plan renewals and explore existing new fringe benefit options. Successfully onboarded 120+ global employees in 12 months-Conduct not only exit interviews, but also one week, one and three month touch-bases with new hires to continuously gather timely feedback and identify areas for improvement, while ensuring employees are well supported and connected-Maintain the company\'s training platform used for annual compliance HR and security trainings-Coordinate visa application process for H1-B, L-1, L-2, TN-401(k) Retirement administrator. Support the plan trustees through platform/carrier transitions, plan reporting, true-ups and employee administrative request.
