Provide pre- and post-test genetic counselling both in person and remotely (by telephone or video consult) in a busy executive wellness clinic • Counsel patients regarding the benefits and limitations of genetic testing options including expanded carrier screening, non-invasive prenatal testing, proactive genetic screening (primarily cancer and cardiac predispositions), and pharmacogenomic testing; following testing, disclose results, discuss implications, and provide support and necessary referrals• Contribute to evaluation and development of clinic processes and product offerings in a responsible, innovative, and integrative way consistent with the values of the genetic counselling profession• Collaborate with other clinicians to integrate genetics into patients’ overall care• Spearhead research efforts including internal and external collaborations including participation in PeopleSeq consortium
