30+ years of full-scale revenue cycle experience, with strong familiarity and exposure to a broad spectrum of medical specialties. Multiple decades of RCM administration and management for anatomic and clinical pathology, molecular diagnostics, toxicology, DME, radiology and specialty pharmacy. Thorough knowledge of the various RCM medical facility applications, including hospital outreach, hospital inpatient, ambulatory surgical centers, nursing home, independent laboratories, and pharmacies. Extremely well versed in, Prior Authorization, Appeals and Market Access and strategy. Manage a team of 400 plus both onshore and offshore.Current and primary responsibilities have been in the direct revenue cycle management for the 4th largest laboratory in the United States. Successfully navigated the COVID testing delivery emergencies with this laboratory, which was one of the top testing facilities in the country. Additionally, oversee RCM for 25 plus national molecular and genetic laboratories as well as RCM for some of the largest national pharmacies.
