At Nucor, my core responsibility is to lead our team of sales representatives and schedulers while facilitating the organization by executing multiple functions, including hiring, training, and coaching. As a part of this job role, I create and review reports to make business decisions using various ERP systems and analytical tools. Within this job role, I successfully steered efforts towards transitioning Nucor Seattle\'s ERP from ROSS to Oracle. I am involved in providing robust training to team members across the organization on sales protocol and procedures, Oracle, OBIEE along with various other ERP and analytical tools. I am assigned the task of developing monthly and annual sales forecasts to efficiently allocate resources for future growth.It is worth mentioning here that I have experience recovering surtax refunds for customers. I spearheaded this when Canadian tariffs were lifted on steel imports from the U.S through close collaboration with Canadian Border Services and various customs brokers.
