About Heather Adams
With over 19 years supporting the defense industry, Heather\'s last fourteen years have been in support of Raytheon Technologies (RTX). She began her career at Raytheon Missile Defense in Software Quality and quickly branched out to Hardware Quality. She was identified as the Quality and Mission Assurance Subject Matter Expert for First Article Inspections, Missile Defense Agency Assurance Provisions (MAP) and Missile Defense Agency Parts and the Materials and Processes Mission Assurance Plan (PMAP), Special Processes which includes Chemical Processing, Coatings, Composites, Electronics, Heat Treatment, Welding, Sealants and Additive Manufacturing. She has supported government contracts in the lead Mission Systems Assurance position for four years and considers her time with the customer and the Program Supply base extremely rewarding. Recently she has been moved into the Mission Assurance, Tech Staff Section head role while still managing program level Mission Systems Assurance.
