I started my career in public service—not behind a desk, but on the front lines. From patrolling neighborhoods to serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, and later leading as CIO of the U.S. Capitol Police, I’ve always believed that mission comes first—and that the right technology, aligned with purpose, can be a force multiplier for good.After a career of Federal service I saw a critical need. Agencies often face growing demands with aging systems and limited resources requiring trusted, experienced partners who could think like insiders but act with the agility of industry.
