Responsible for ~80 global Training Program Managers (TPMs) to ensure the development and execution of high-quality Azure technical learning plans for aligned customers and partners. Contributes to the ESI business strategy, provides competitive analysis, contributes to effective cross-team collaboration, identifies and assists in real-world problem solving, while building a global scale program to deliver a positive customer learning experience. Responsibilities include-Define and provide clarity for the managed Customer Training Program Manager role and coach TPMs on execution excellence-Develop and observe best practices in role execution and related processes/job functions and establish these approaches as global standards-Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and on-boarding of new TPMs-Be role model in the development and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies to drive Azure, and Dynamics technical competence within Microsoft enterprise partners-Provide a point of escalation and issue resolution for training program related problems or opportunities-Advocate for Azure Training and Certification. Provide thought leadership around learning and building a learning culture within Microsoft and with customers.
