I am an FAA Certified Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot and a seasoned General Contractor with 35 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry. During my career, I have been responsible for leading and supervising new construction and renovation projects. I am well-versed in on-site construction supervision, possesses an innate ability to lead diverse crews, and effectively completes projects on time and within budget. My unique aptitude and skill set include: estimating, drafting, sales, marketing, and business development. I also possesses specific expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial. As a Vice President I have provided damage assessment and estimating consulting for a gamut of residential, commercial, and industrial projects in New York, New Jersey, Mississippi, Ohio, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Alabama, North Carolina, Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Turks & Caicos, and Florida. Heath is a proud 21-year Military Veteran, having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, and continues to serve in the United States Army Reserve as a First Sergeant for ARMEDCOM.
