I’m a strategic advisor and board director with over 30 years of experience leading transformational change in financial services and beyond. I serve on the board of an OCC-chartered bank formerly a fintech firm, invested in and advised two de novo banking organizations, contributed expertise in risk oversight, governance, and strategic growth.As a former Chief Credit Officer and post-merger integration leader, I’ve led or participated in 35+ M&A integrations, reorganizations, and technology transformations — shaping experiences for hundreds of thousands of clients and employees.
