I am a passionate digital health executive and entrepreneur with 20+ years leading transformation at the intersection of healthcare systems, technology, and community impact.Currently, I serve as CEO & Co-Founder of the Digital Health Institute for Transformation (DHIT), where I’ve built an ecosystem of innovators, launched global health hubs, and pioneered the Health Innovation Sprints connecting community to corporations through collaboration.I also co-founded Bluedoor Group, a growth agency recognized among the Top 50 Healthcare Companies, where we advise startups and health systems on commercialization and strategy. As Venture Partner at SpringTide Ventures, I support early-stage digital health companies with funding, go-to-market execution, and strategic partnerships.Previously, I held senior leadership roles at UNC Health Care, the University of Miami Health System, and UCLA Health, driving multimillion-dollar turnarounds, operational improvements, and large-scale cultural transformation.As a Professor of the Practice at UNC Graduate School, I teach courses in digital transformation, blending human-centered design, innovation frameworks, and entrepreneurial thinking to prepare the next generation of leaders.
