Shubham is currently working as an Investment Professional at Venture Capital firm HealthQuad, which is India\'s leading digital health focused venture capital fund with AUM of USD 200 Mn+ across two funds. He is an Engineer (Electronics and Communication) from NSIT, a Lawyer, a CFA Charterholder and has an MBA (Finance and Economics) from IIM Lucknow with experience at firms such as EY-Parthenon and BCG before starting his investing journey. Having worked as a lawyer, management consultant, investment banker, special situations investor and as a VC now, Shubham brings a unique and holistic experience to the table. In his existing and past assignments, Shubham has worked on tracks such as - Deal Origination, Deal Evaluation, Financial Modelling, Investment Thesis, IC Note, Commercial Due Diligence, Deal Execution, Portfolio Management, Asset Recovery - IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code), CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process), Cash Flow Monitoring, Treasury, Operational Turnaround Initiatives etc. Shubham has worked across sectors such as HealthTech, B2B SaaS, FinTech, Automotive Components, Ferro Alloys (Steel), Renewables, Semiconductors, Roads etc.
