About Hannah Kindler

My name is Hannah, and storytelling is my passion. Although my childhood fantasy of becoming a TV weatherwoman faded as quickly as it began, I didn\'t stray far from the newsroom studying broadcast journalism at Elon University. While that environment offered the hustle I was hoping for, it didn’t hold enough space for creativity. My pivot to pursuing a Strategic Communications degree brought freedom to flex my writing skills and strengthen my voice. Those classes opened my eyes to the magic of bringing people\'s stories to life through a variety of mediums that, together, leave a lasting impact. I spent a few years in the fitness industry after college, putting my personal passion for marathon running into practice. The interpersonal skills I gleaned from training my clients during those years are what gave me the confidence to pursue an industry switch and apply for a full-time role at Classy.I now proudly support Classy & GoFundMe’s digital marketing team through creative, compelling storytelling, assessing and optimizing web content and transactional landing pages for organic traffic, navigating the evolving search landscape, and managing a full team of freelance writers. I believe in Classy & GoFundMe’s joint mission to mobilize and empower the world for good, and I believe my passion, energy, and willingness to learn contribute to that mission in meaningful ways.When I’m not writing, you’ll find me cooking, rock climbing, reading, or sniffing out the best breakfast diners in town.
