ABOUT HAICHUAN WANG
I am currently pursuing my Master\'s degree in Robotics at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from CMU. I am currently seeking full-time embedded/firmware/software engineering opportunities starting late Summer/Fall 2026.I have previous internship experience in software development, where I developed and tested real-time flight software for next-generation electric seagliders. I also have experience as a research assistant at The AirLab in CMU\'s Robotics Institute, as well as Teaching Assistant experience at CMU.My technical programming skills include C/C++, Python, Go, and MATLAB, and I have hands-on experience with RTOS, ROS, CAN, I2C, DDS, ML frameworks, and embedded platforms.I also hold an FAA Private Pilot License with an Instrument Rating, as well as an FAA Basic Ground Instructor License, which enables me to teach a Pilot Ground School Course under the CMU StuCo Program.
