   Unique background of working for a government contractor as the Human Resources Manager/Subject Matter Expert as well as Client Management and Technical Talent Acquisition for multiple federal government agencies including FEMA/DHS, Department of Energy and Department of Defense.• Performed as the HR Manager with full responsibilities for policy and procedure development and implementation; employee relations, retention and conflict resolution; benefits analysis and oversight; performance management; workers compensation; safety compliance and reporting; and unemployment, among other duties. • Affirmative Action Plan management and training. Ensure DE & I good faith efforts were met to develop a diverse workforce.
