Responsible for recruiting Healthcare professional across the USA through direct phone sourcing, Networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing. Responsible for contract, contract-hire placements of healthcare professionals for clients across the USA. Consistently meet the targets and perform better. Identifying Talent through various sources such as Portal, Internal Database, employee referrals and Networking. Follow up with the selected candidates, and keeping them warm till their actual joining Working mainly on W2. Established and maintained professional relationship with the consultants and vendors. Source, screen, qualify and interview candidates for contract, contract to hire and full time permanent client requisitions. Submit screened and short-listed profile/resumes to accounts manager/client for technical evaluation. Monitored all the requirements, call logs, recruitment status, etc. in spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Maintaining and updating database of all resumes received from vendors. Contacting the candidates through mail and phone, Screening and understanding the consultant abilities. Negotiated compensation packages including base salary, bonus/incentives and benefits. Scheduling the interview for the short listed candidates. Follow up of offered candidate till the date of joining Follow up with the client for releasing the offer after clearance of Management round.
