Full site accountability encompassing the following departments- Safety (EHS Standards & Compliance), Quality (ISO 9001), Production, Fabrication, Assembly, Shipping & Receiving and Maintenance. •Full P&L responsibility (Site I & Site II) reporting to the Director of Operations and matrix to the Director of Finance & Director of Sales.•Consult the HR Business Partner in areas of coaching, annual reviews, discipline & terminations. Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures•Work with the Quality and Engineering teams when dealing with customer complaints, also with shop floor design suggestions to improve product quality.•Collaborate with the Engineering team on the design & build for specific customer requirements •Analyze daily sales, production and inventory reports to optimize plant performance •Monthly auditing of Inventory (finished goods & raw materials), monitoring Inventory Turnover and Value•Developing procedures, work instructions etc. to improve departments performance.•Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting on all data from the plant. Monitor financial performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded. •Introduce Lean methodologies ((5S, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke etc.). With ongoing CI (Kaizen), reduction in waste and non-conforming parts are realized. •Improved production scheduling, resulting in decreased Labor Cost by 4% over last financial year.•Build a Maintenance Program for all equipment on site (WIP).
