Passionate about delivering world-class high-performance results in Luxury, Resource consumption, Customer service, Safety, Sustainability & Innovation, and have been recognized with multiple awards and accolades for my leadership, guidance, and efforts in these areas.Embedded the Hotel Division’s Credo “Responsible Luxury” in almost all ITC Hotels, making it the world’s largest chain of hotels with the maximum number of LEED Platinum Certified Properties (22 Hotels). Achieved net zero carbon status for twelve hotels & net zero water status for four hotels, the first in the world to do so, and met the sectoral Carbon emission target of 2030 as per COP 21. Through these initiatives, established ITC Hotels as the “Greenest Luxury Hotel Chain in the world”, a unique achievement in the global hospitality industry.
